Dating back to 1929, this theater closed its doors in 1980 and was restored and reopened again in 1987 to show movies. It closed a second time in the early 2000s before being reopened again, presenting musical performances. The historic building is said to be haunted by footsteps, apparitions, and the smell of ghostly cologne in one of the upstairs restrooms. The location has been featured on many television shows due to its haunting reports.
