We've been to the royal many times, but we've never seen it like this. The whole space is completely transformed into an absolutely terrifying maze that'll make you forget which way is up. Will absolutely go again.

Went with friends and had a good time. Shorter than I thought it would be but the actors were really cool and the rooms were interesting. Lots of stairs and tight hallways so not very accessible but it makes for a good atmosphere.

This was my first real haunted house experience, but I could tell that the organizers put a lot of work into it. It was lots of fun, and a great first time for a haunted house virgin.

Yall really outdid yourselves! 🙌 My husband, son, daughter, and myself came through and I was absolutely terrified! From beginning to the very end the horror never stopped. Honestly most of the time I couldn't look up out of fear. Art the clowns horn honking 😭😭 when I looked back at my husband and seen multiple clowns behind him i thought it was the end of my family. Fabulous job yall! Everyone of you guys made our first haunted house experience one we will never forget. Thanks for setting the standard so high!

The rooms were all unique and well thought out, the actors played their parts, had most of the guests screaming. My child had to close their eyes for about 40% of it as they are super afraid of clowns.

It's full of twists and turns and scares around every corner. Though not good for those who can't go up and down stairs, if special accomodations are needed, they will try to work with you, just ask. Oh, and best to make reservations ahead of time, spots sell out fast.

Very well thought out and put together. A lot of jump scares and the props look really great! We will be back many times. If you love being scared this is a great place to be.

We absolutely love this haunted house it has become a Halloween tradition for us!! Don’t miss this one it is awesome! There are also wonderful restaurants and shops nearby you could make an evening of it and even take some time down the street to throw some axes!! Downtown Benton is awesome!! Don’t miss this haunted house!!!

This was my first time in a haunted house. However, it was a fun time. Plenty of creepiness walking around before the doors opened. Even when we knew someone was around the next corner, they still got us on the jump scare.

I love how well the actors commit to their role. The girl screaming and staring at people out front was amazing. The haunted house was scary, but not too intense for pre-teens. It’s also very reasonably priced! Great overall experience!

Pretty scary stuff! they have it going on with the special features and animatronics. Great scare. Buy online to reserve your spot bc it has been sellin out! and the tickets are a great price. Go check it out in the already haunted theater.

This is our third year to go to this haunted house and it has gotten better every year! The best thing about this haunted house is that they have changed it up every year. This year there was not a guide so it is way scarier. The kids loved getting pictures with Michael Myers. Maxine was back this year and she still is one of our favorites. She creeps you out with that stare of hers.

Very exciting. Appropriate for middle age kids. Workers were accommodating to group and very professional. One of the best haunted houses I’ve been to over last 25 years.

Went last night and it sure was spooky! The characters were full on and creepy, they did great. It's on the shorter side, but I still recommend it! Love that it's in a old theater.

We screamed our heads off! We thought since it was at The Royal that it would be kiddie but oh no! The costuming and the sets were so lifelike. It felt like we were trapped in a terrible nightmare.

This was a great haunted house. Plenty of loud noises to keep you on your toes. Scary people and themes at every turn. The tour guide was definitely fitting right in with the craziness of the “asylum”. Everyone needs to come visit. I would definitely not bring my 5 year old grandson to this.

This haunted house was just scary enough that we were screaming and scurrying, but also laughing. Beware if you have strobe / light sensitivity. Otherwise this is great entertainment to get your blood pumping. We had participants as young as 8 years old in our tour. It depends on the youngster, but this one had a great time! It's an experience we will be talking about for days. And it only $10 per person, I highly recommend it.

You don’t want to miss this amazing haunted house with a fun tour led by the resident ghost of this historic theater! If you like to be scared- several people had to bail out early last year! There were creepy clowns, out of control surgeons, loud noises and surprises,
