Freaking sick haunt, great actors, sets and scenes appear to be well thought out, they have a human gyro that seats 2, escape rooms, fire dancers to entertain the crowd, music and lights.

So much scary and fun. Excellent setup, intricate designs, and awesome animatronics. The green fog special effects were impressive. The bridge tunnel at the end was awesome too. Overall, it brings back my childhood nightmares!

We went Saturday night and they put on and had so much fun! Lines were not as long to get in the night we went. This place is so spooky and we had a scary adventure tour. I jumped and screamed on multiple occasions. The walk in the dark was horrifying. Totally loved the atmosphere.

I and my BF drove for about an hour to reach Fear Factory 501. It was awesome scary and we had a blast. Scares were well executed and unpredictable. Few of those were interactive scares. The walk through the pitch darkness virtually freaked me out. Bridge tunnel at the end was one of a kind. Have never seen such a thing before. The chainsaw guy usually seen at the end of the haunt was missing though. Top performance by the actors.

Decent haunt. But it would have been even better if it had more actors than animatronics. The junkyard scared the crap out of me. The walk in the dark was awesome creepy. You only got a glow stick to show you the way, and you won’t see the actors until they are up close near your face. In short, there's something to shock you around every corner. Actors’ performance was top-notch. I will come again next year.

Many things have changed at Fear Factory since my visit last year. The overall scare factor was above par. Junkyard was pretty scary to say the least. Excellent scares and props, creepy sets and actors who knew their job well. The blackout was one of a kind experience. It was pitch dark and you won’t see the scares until the scare actors are right in front of you. We screamed a number of times.

Must visit for fans of the horror genre. Very creative setup. A must-see haunt if you live near Jacksonville.

Horrible and freaking bad. A complete display of robotic creatures. In-fact a kind of science exhibition!! I saw more actors while waiting in line than I did through the whole haunted house. We were regretting more for choosing this haunted house. Needs a lot improvement, especially in the theme and cut down the parking charges.

Great haunted house.. it would have been great had it featured more actors and been a bit more lengthier. The junkyard part scared the crap out of me. I had visited Fear Factory last year, and lots of things have changed this year. It was as if I had visited a new haunted attraction altogether. The makeup/costumes of actors were spot-on. The ticket rates were reasonable as well…they haven’t hiked so much. Check it out.

This place has been over rated. Average scares and long queues. The length of the wait was three hours for a haunt of 15 minutes. The set up was nice, but actors lacked the coordination among themselves to produce a master class. Also, bad management in handling queues and people were rushed and pushed. Utterly disappointed. Definitely not a place for haunt freaks.

The walk through the darkness really freaked us out. You only got a glow stick and you’ll be totally unprepared when the monsters corner you in the dark. My friends screamed out loud few times. The scare factor was above average. Actors all did a great job. I will come again with my GF.

It was my friend's birthday and we decided to give him a surprise. We took him to Fear Factory 501 near my house and we are very happy to make this decision. They obliged to wish my friend. First, we were a little bit tensed as we have to face all the scary stuff. After going through all the attractions, we made our friend be first in the line and all the actors at the end, wished my friend Happy Birthday in an innovative Halloween style that he was dumbstruck. He is very happy.

Fear Factory was pretty scary. I and BF visited the haunt this Halloween and we had a great time there. I screamed the entire way through the haunt. It has different levels of scares, and all were perfectly implemented. The actors knew how to scare the visitors with minimal fuss. The staff were friendly too. I recommend this place.

Instead of going with a bunch of friends, I and my other friend decided to go to a haunted house to spend a nice time this weekend and after coming to know about Fear Factory 501, we decided on this. Reviews are really amazing, so with high expectations to went to this haunted house and weren't disappointed a bit. Infact, we went into a little banter onto who should enter the house first, as we are only two. Amazing props, dedicated actors, caring team made this house a blockbuster. Now, I understand why these many positive reviews came pouring down on this house and I am adding a bit.

The headline says it all "WOW" very impressed with this one, made the trip from Memphis worth it with this haunt alone.... I didn't expect it to be as great as it was my wife and I travel every year to different haunts so we know when we run across a good one...this is a hidden gem that everyone needs to go experience

Dude...I didn't think Arkansas had a haunted attraction of this caliper. These guys must be from out of town or something? Very professional, sets were off the hook, actors are on point, and oh my god the 3D was AMAZING! I found them just by seeing the search lights in the air.

Outstanding props and actors. The little girl looking dead is very scary and twisted. Where did they get that Predator from. I want that costume, its looks awesome.
